    Family Service

    Families matter to us.
    Our Family Support Service provides support for parents and carers of children or adults with disabilities or learning disability in Westminster and Harrow. This support can be long term or one-off.

    LDN Community Hubs

    Staying healthy, being safe and living well.
    LDN’s Community Hubs offer workshops, information and support on a range of topics including health and wellbeing, money, relationships and employment. They are designed for people with learning disabilities and their families.

    LDN Eats

    LDN Eats is our exciting new catering initiative, designed to provide high-quality event catering while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities.

    Short Breaks

    Time for you.
    This service is for any adult with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and complex long-term health conditions.

    LDN 4U Outreach

    Support for you designed by you. Our LDN4U scheme offers self-directed support for people with learning disabilities across London, including our new service for 14-17 year olds in Camden. This could be a couple of hours a week or 24-hour support per day.

    LDN@Home

    Accommodation with support.
    Our LDN@Home accommodation services enables people with learning disabilities to live in the heart of London and to receive the right level of support to enjoy their home and their community.

    Intensive Outreach

    Our Intensive Outreach Case Worker service offers personalized, goal-oriented support for people with learning disabilities helping them live independently and thrive within their communities.

    We help autistic people to build confidence, improve social connections, and develop life skills. Through our regular groups we offer a structured and flexible space to learn, grow, and connect with others who share similar experiences.
