FAQs

Do you need experience?

You do not need prior experience for this role, as we provide all the training – online and in person, along with shadow shifts.

Do you provide sponsorship?

Regrettably, LDN London is not able to offer sponsorship.

Are you a care agency? Will I need to work at multiple locations during one day?

We are a charity and we have supported living services, respite and outreach work. You would be required to visit multiple homes if your work in our outreach team.

What benefits do you provide?

How long does the application process take?

The shortlisting process can take up to 2 weeks once the position has closed. If you are invited to interview the process can then take 1-4 weeks, depending on how long it takes for your DBS and references to come back.
