Statement regarding cyber incident affecting Beacon CRM

LDN London has been informed of a data security incident reported to us by Beacon CRM, a third-party system we use to store information about our supporters and contacts. At present, there is no evidence that the incident has caused harm to anyone connected with LDN London whose personal information is held on the database. Please be assured no card or bank details are stored on Beacon CRM.

Beacon has reported the incident to the Information Commissioner’s Office and is continuing its investigation. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further information if significant new details become available or if any additional action is required.

There is no action supporters need to take at this time. However, we encourage everyone to remain vigilant for unexpected emails, phone calls, messages or communications claiming to be from LDN London or from Beacon.
