Why run for LDN London?

At LDN London we help people with learning disabilities to live independently in their community and achieve their goals.

Every pound you raise will directly support:

Life skills workshops at our Community Hub for people with learning disabilities who get very little help daily.

One-to-one support for families of children with SEND.

Employment training for our LDN Eats team to develop their careers.

The Royal Parks Half route

The Royal Parks Half is a unique challenge event. Run on closed roads with a festival atmosphere, it’s a landmark day for both runners and supporters alike.

This stunning course threads its way through the beauty and majesty of four Royal Parks and past iconic landmarks including Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and the Royal Albert Hall. Although there are some gentle undulations it’s a generally flat course, making it fantastic for both beginners and experienced runners.

Check out The Royal Parks Half website for updates on this year’s route and for tips and training plans:

Your fundraising makes a difference

Here’s how your efforts will change lives:

£100 provides life skills workshops for someone with learning disabilities that teaches them about financial advice, digital inclusion, or how to have safe relationships.

£300 could provide a trip for our LDN Community Hub members to a museum or the theatre and help to reduce social isolation.

£500 could buy sensory play equipment to support children with SEND in their development and learning.
