Autism Service
We help autistic people to build confidence, improve social connections, and develop life skills. Funded by Westminster Council, through our regular groups we offer a structured and flexible space to learn, grow, and connect with others who share similar experiences.

The Link
The Link is our 6-week peer mentoring program, which supports autistic adults in navigating life’s challenges and opportunities.
During The Link people explore:
- Employment and workplace skills
- Communication and social confidence
- Personal growth, self-advocacy, and well-being
Our Link Programme recently concluded after a successful six-week run, during which participants engaged with a range of valuable topics and each received a certificate upon completion. While the programme itself has now come to an end, we’re excited to continue supporting our community by incorporating many of these topics into upcoming sessions over the coming months. These sessions will remain open to anyone who would like to stay involved, build on what they’ve learned, or join us for the first time.

Each week also includes Vibe & Thrive, our relaxed social sessions. These feature fun, relaxed group activities like walking and talking, mindfulness sessions, and shared hobbies. These sessions provide a welcoming environment for autistic adults to connect, unwind, and build friendships.

We believe in creating supportive community where autistic adults can thrive.
If you or someone you know could benefit from The Link, we’d love to hear from you.

What people say about LDN
Some days I feel like I have a mountain of rocks on top of me. That stops me from
going about my day-to-day activities. I love coming to the sessions because other people have autism as well and it doesn’t make me feel different. It’s lovely to come to here because things like doodling and stimming is encouraged rather than discouraged, which makes it feel like a safe space.
