Case study: Sarah takes on a Half Marathon
“Running the Brighton Marathon for LDN London was one of the best experiences of my life! Not only did I achieve a personal goal, but I also raised over £750 to help individuals with learning disabilities get the support they need. The atmosphere was incredible, and knowing I was making a difference kept me going when things got tough!”
— Sarah, 2024 Brighton Marathon finisher

Case study: Maida Vale School
Maida Vale School have been supporting us over the past year and recently the parents held a quiz night to raise funds for our LDN Community Hub. The event was a huge success raising £7k. We are very thankful for the support of the students, parents and staff at Maida Vale School. The school have also supported us with non-uniform days and students volunteer at our LDN Community Hub as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award.
“We got together as a group of parents to support LDN London, a local charity that pupils from the school are volunteering with. The fundraiser took the format of a charity quiz evening, which was a huge success – such a fun way to spend an evening whilst simultaneously raising much needed funds to continue the incredible work in supporting people with learning disabilities and their families that Laurence and his team are committed to.”
Claudia Donaldson, Parent and quiz organiser
